The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Sixth Form Manager with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and learner-centred practice. This is a key leadership role within our Sixth Form, working collaboratively with curriculum and pastoral teams to ensure outstanding outcomes and support for students.

You will be a highly motivated and experienced leader with the confidence to implement change, challenge constructively, and lead difficult conversations where required. A relentless focus on supporting student progress and wellbeing is essential, alongside a passion for sharing best practice across teams and the wider college network.

Experience of performance tracking and monitoring systems to measure Value Added (ALPS/OneGrade), timetabling and exam co-ordination is highly desirable.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

* Subject specific Degree

* Teaching qualification (must be willing to work towards Level 6 PGCE if not already held)

* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)

* Evidence of updated CPD

* Minimum 3 years' teaching experience of A Level

* Experience of course management

* Evidence of having carried out and maintained good practice in the teaching role /delivery

* Evidence of innovative and creative curriculum and programme development, including course co-ordination

* Evidence of contributing to quality assurance systems
