Starfyn Recruitment are working alongside a specialist SEN school in Maidenhead who are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their supportive and experienced team.
This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference - by supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve positive educational outcomes and develop the skills needed for independent and fulfilling lives.

The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Support students with a range of SEN including learning, communication and behavioural needs
Monitor progress through effective assessment and feedback
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and parents/carers
Promote positive behaviour using a nurturing, supportive approachRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching students with SEN or strong interest in Special Education
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
Passion for inclusive education and student well being
