About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installation works on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering works to programme and quality standards.

Mechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all mechanical installation works on site
* Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks
* Attend and lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other trades
* Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Review drawings, technical specifications, and RAMS
* Resolve site issues efficiently and maintain programme targets
* Support commissioning and handover activities
Mechanical Site Manager Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects
* Strong background in HVAC, pipework, plant room, and mechanical building services installations
* SMSTS qualification
* CSCS Card
* First Aid certification preferred
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Full UK driving licence preferred
