The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Project Scheduler / Planner to support the successful delivery of a large-scale AI data centre project in Austria.
This role will be instrumental in driving programme certainty and ensuring alignment across complex construction and MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project programmes (Primavera P6 / similar)
Monitor progress against milestones and identify risks to delivery
Produce short-term and long-term construction programmes
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure programme alignment
Provide critical path analysis and mitigation strategies
Support reporting, dashboards, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
Coordinate inputs across multiple disciplines and contractors

Requirements

Experience as a Planner / Scheduler within construction or MEP
Strong understanding of project sequencing and delivery
Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or complex builds (preferred)
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
