Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands.

Salary £29,671 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed-Term / Temporary to cover Maternity leave

Exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing field operations scheduling team at Stiltz Head Office, Kingswinford, West Midlands!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Do you have experience of scheduling within a fast-paced, field-based operations environment?

As a Project Coordinator at Stiltz Homelifts, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient installations of our award winning Homelifts. You’ll work closely with both our customers and our skilled field-based installation teams, coordinating and scheduling installations, ensuring the best possible customer journey from start to finish.

What you'll do:

You will be primary point of contact for customers throughout their homelift installation journey.

Coordinate and schedule installations with customers and field base installation teams to optimise efficiency and minimise disruptions.

Build good relationships with customers and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Ensuring customers are updated at every step of the installation process.

Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed being responsive to changes by reallocating resources and amending schedules.

What you'll need to succeed:

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Fully proficient IT skills, ideally experience of using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Collaborative and proactive mindset.

Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Good UK geographical knowledge, ideally with experience planning for nationwide field teams.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work well in a team or independently,
