Estimator - Restoration & Heritage Projects

I am working with a highly respected specialist restoration contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex façade restoration and refurbishment projects across some of London’s most iconic and historically significant buildings.

With a growing portfolio of Grade I & Grade II listed projects, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging projects and wants to work within the heritage and restoration sector on prestigious schemes across London.

The Company

* External façade restoration

* Heritage refurbishment

* Masonry and roofing works

* Specialist cleaning and conservation

* Consultancy and surveys

The Role

You will be involved across both estimating and commercial functions, working closely with the production and operational teams.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

* Undertaking site visits and project assessments

* Managing subcontract enquiries and comparisons

* Pricing variations, valuations and final accounts

* Supporting contract negotiations and dispute resolution

* Assisting with EOT claims and commercial reporting

What They’re Looking For

* Previous estimating and/or quantity surveying experience within construction

* Ideally experience within restoration, refurbishment, façade, roofing or heritage works

* Strong commercial awareness

* Excellent attention to detail
