Grounds Maintenance Operative - Maidstone & Tunbridge Area

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client's team covering the Maidstone and Tunbridge areas.

This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outside and take pride in maintaining public and green spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance
Using hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively
Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard
Travelling between local sites during the working day
Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Valid UK manual driving licence (essential)
Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience essential
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Must live locally to the Maidstone or Tunbridge areas
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

What's on Offer

£13.45 per hour PAYE
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Company vehicle provided during working hours
