The role - Customer Account Manager

Are you looking for a role where you can combine sales with building strong customer relationships? This position focuses on supporting an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow accounts in a steady, consistent way.

You'll be joining a long-standing business with a close-knit team and regular training.

What you'll be doing

Processing customer orders via phone, email and the company website
Developing existing customer relationships and working towards sales targets (no cold calling)
Handling enquiries regarding deliveries, returns, repairs and general customer supportWhat you'll bring

A positive, proactive approach and confidence in both phone and email communication
Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
