About the role:
We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to support and grow our existing customer base.
This role sits at the centre of our customer facing functions, ensuring customers are well supported, opportunities are progressed and nothing falls through the gaps. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, supporting commercial activity and providing visibility internally on customer needs and feedback.
What we're looking for:
Efficiently manage day-to-day transactions with existing customers
Own and track support renewals
Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and follow-ups
Ensure opportunities and actions are progressed and closed out
Gather and relay customer feedback and insight back into the business
Provide customers with updates on delivery, progress and timelines
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure consistent customer experience
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell, working with the wider team
