Parts Advisor

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swansea, is seeking a skilled and professional Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the dealership's growth.

Competitive salary up to £33,575 per annum, commensurate with experience

Receive and process all parts orders accurately and efficiently
Identify customer parts requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
Pick and dispatch parts promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional manner
Meet sales targets and contribute to parts department growth
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Utilise dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues effectively
Assist and support the Parts Manager and team in daily operationsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a motor dealership or motor factor environment
Knowledge of retail and trade parts sales processes
Strong IT literacy, particularly with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour
Ability to work accurately in a busy, targets-driven environment
