We're seeking motivated Production Technicians to join a high-performing team in Watford. You'll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, working in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and precision are everything.

What you'll do:

Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment in a cleanroom environment
Follow GMP and SOPs to keep standards world-class
Carry out in-process checks and keep batch records spot on
Support line changeovers, setups, and hygiene routines
Play your part in driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvementWhat we're looking for:

Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, chemical, food, or similar)
Sharp attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
A reliable, proactive mindset with flexibility for 12-hour shifts
