Production Technician

Location: Letchworth
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 & Friday 8:00 - 13:30
Basis: Permanent
Salary: Up to 26K (DOE)

Our well established client within the electronics industry are looking for a Production Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high quality electronic products through precise assembly and collaboration with engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, strong technical assembly skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Technician:

Assembly of PCB boards, going by drawings given
Wiring and cable assembly
Soldering
Mechanical build/assembly
Surface mount assembly
Quality inspection upon finalised production
Product testing
The successful candidate will be:

Experienced within the electronics industry, with soldering, assembly and wiring skills
JSTD-001 Qualified (desired)
Computer literate
Able to work well both within a team and independently
A proactive individual with a positive approach Company benefits:
