The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC/ASD), SEMH, PMLD and SLD
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning
Work alongside teachers and specialists to create an engaging, inclusive environment
Encourage independence, confidence and progress in every childWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care or voluntary roles all considered)
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
Resilience, patience and strong communication skills
Graduates considering teaching are highly encouraged to apply
