* Build positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and external professionals.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH needs.
* Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
* Experience delivering differentiated and personalised learning programmes.
