This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor ready to step into a senior leadership role, contributing to both project delivery and the strategic growth of a well-established, forward-thinking practice.
🔧 The Role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers a strong balance of professional and project-led work across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services
Leading and managing projects from inception through to completion
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors
Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the business
🧠 About You
MRICS qualified (essential)
Proven experience within a consultancy environment
Strong technical knowledge across both professional services and project work
Experience managing clients and delivering high-quality outputs
Confident communicator with leadership capabilities
Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
