Conrad Consulting is proud to be working with an established and growing building consultancy to recruit an Associate Building Surveyor for their Hertfordshire office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to step into a senior leadership role within a business that has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality public sector projects across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London and Essex.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project delivery across a varied portfolio and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the business.
Working predominantly on project-focused instructions, you will oversee the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and capital improvement schemes across education, healthcare, local authority and community assets.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of complex building surveying and project work.
Managing and developing key public sector client relationships.
Overseeing contract administration and project management services.
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members.
Managing project teams to ensure successful delivery of client objectives.
Contributing to the strategic growth of the Building Surveying team.
Requirements
MRICS qualified.
Significant experience within Building Surveying, ideally within consultancy.
Proven track record delivering project-focused work across multiple sectors.
Strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
Experience managing teams and mentoring surveyors.
Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence.
