Key Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will lead a small administrative team and provide high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Your duties will include:

Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring administrative staff to ensure a high standard of service.

*

Operational Oversight: Managing school databases (SIMS/Arbor), coordinating school events, and overseeing daily attendance records.

*

Financial Administration: Assisting with budget monitoring, processing invoices, and managing school funds.

*

Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for parents, governors, and external stakeholders.

*

Compliance: Maintaining meticulous records for safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

School Experience: Previous experience working within an educational setting is essential.

*

Admin/PA Background: A proven track record in senior administrative roles or as a Personal Assistant.

*

Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, specifically with school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor).

*

Professionalism: The ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion and remain calm under pressure.
