Start Monday is proud to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Canterbury.

You'll be joining a provider with genuine ambition, strong values, and a supportive senior leadership team that understands the realities of residential childcare.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted
Recruit, develop, and inspire your own staff team
Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance
Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies
Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced within children's residential care
Either an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
Confident leading teams and developing staff
Knowledgeable around Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Holding (or working towards) Level 5 in Leadership & Management
