Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating an environment where both people and teams can thrive? We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinkingScheme Manager to join us at Oakmead & The Crossings, registered care homes in Aylesbury supporting people with learning and physical disabilities.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced service where no two days are the same. You will bring creativity, energy and leadership to a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support, including full personal care. Compassion, respect and person-centred practice are at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead with Empowerment

Inspire, guide and empower a skilled team of Support Workers and Waking Night Workers, ensuring they have the confidence, tools and motivation to deliver exceptional personalised care.

Champion Collaboration

Work closely with social workers, health professionals and external partners to create seamless support journeys and positive outcomes for every individual.

Promote Inclusion and Respect

Create a culture where every person-staff or resident-feels valued, respected and able to contribute. You will actively embed inclusive practice into daily operations and decision-making.

Provide Compassionate, Confident Management

Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, annual leave, sickness cover, and recruitment. You will also complete staff inductions and occasionally provide weekend managerial cover to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement

Review support plans, lead change, identify opportunities for development and encourage innovative ideas that enhance the lives of the people we support.

What You Will Bring

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence and empowerment in others
Compassionate, respectful and inclusive practice
Excellent IT and organisational skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for delivering outstanding care in a busy, rewarding environment

What You Will Receive

33 days annual leave, rising to 35 with service
£34,320 per year, based on a 37.5-hour week
Annual performance bonus
