Scheme Manager

Salary: £34,320

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham.

Stokebury House comprises of 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24-hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.

As Scheme Manager, you will:

Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support
Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing
Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomesAbout you:

We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, specifically in supporting & empowering people living with mental health illnesses.

You will need to:

Demonstrate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring sensitivity to the impact of trauma on individuals and promoting safety, empowerment, and compassionate care.
Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
Possess strong IT skills
Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.

33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days with service. (Pro Rata)
Salary of £34,320 per annum
