Fabricator / MIG Welder, Temp to Perm, 40 hours per week + OT paid at x1.5

Responsibilities
* Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week). As workload increases, overtime may become available on Fridays and Saturdays, paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate.
* MIG welding heavy gauge mild steel and Hardox wear plate
* Fabricating and assembling mixer components and structural steel sections
* Grinding, cutting, fitting, and finishing fabricated steel parts
* Working accurately from detailed engineering drawings
* Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Requirements
* Proven MIG welding experience within a fabrication or heavy engineering environment
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings accurately
* Experience working with heavy gauge steel materials
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
