Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to patients.
* Support individuals with daily living activities and therapeutic programmes.
* Observe, monitor, and accurately report patient behaviour and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with nurses, psychiatrists, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and positive environment for patients and staff.
* Assist in managing challenging behaviours using de-escalation techniques and approved interventions.
* Promote recovery-focused care and encourage patient independence.
* Ensure all safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety procedures are followed
