Role Overview Clinical Lead
36 hours per week
Shift pattern: 08:00 – 20:00
Includes supernumerary hours
Nursing home setting
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain high standards of resident care
Support care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
Mentor and supervise nursing and care staff
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and policies
Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements for Clinical Lead
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Previous senior nursing or leadership experience in a care home setting
Strong clinical and communication skills
Organised, compassionate, and resident-focused
