Do you have Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience the Food or Beverage Manufacturing sector and want to join a growing business where you can progress and specialise into an auditing-focused role?

This rapidly growing family-owned Food Manufacturing company has received multimillion-pound investments and won numerous awards in recent years as a result of their focus on building a great work environment and a positive company culture. They supply to a variety of high-profile retailers and foodservice clients and have achieved BRC AA+ rating.

As a QA Technician, you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving food safety, legality and quality standards across the site. Working closely with Production and Technical teams, you'll help ensure that high standards are consistently met in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a QA or QC role within the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector, along with a good understanding of HACCP and GMP, and will be confident working on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities:

Carrying out routine factory audits and inspections in line with BRC, HACCP and internal quality standards
Monitoring and verifying GMP compliance across production and packing areas
Completing traceability, mass balance and hygiene checks
Recording, reporting and following up on non‑conformances, supporting corrective actions
Supporting internal and external audits as required

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous experience in QA/QC in Food or Beverage Manufacturing, either as a Quality professional or gained through a Production role
Strong understanding of Food Safety, Food Hygiene, GMP and HACCP
Preferably holding a level 2-3 qualification in HACCP or Food Safety
Comfortable providing occasional holiday cover for afternoon and night shifts
