Quantity Surveyor - Planned Works
Up to £55,000 Car Allowance Package

We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering long-term planned maintenance programmes across social housing, and they’re looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of planned works and wants to be involved in high-volume programmes with consistent, long-term work already secured.

The role will focus heavily on planned maintenance schemes, primarily kitchens and bathrooms, managing projects valued up to £2m within a live social housing environment.

This position offers a strong balance between office and site exposure, with the majority of time spent within a supportive commercial team environment.

What we’re looking for
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within planned maintenance, social housing or refurbishment is essential
Strong understanding of planned works programmes, ideally kitchens and bathrooms
Experience working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
Able to manage multiple projects in a busy contract environment
Commercially aware, organised and confident working with operational teams
