Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

Ready to take the lead on projects that shape vital infrastructure? We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major refurbishment and renewal programme delivering essential civil and structural works across Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and East Anglia.

In this role, you’ll oversee the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of high impact projects, taking them from concept through to completion within a complex, regulated infrastructure environment.

This is your chance to work across a varied portfolio, influence key project outcomes, and play a pivotal role in delivering infrastructure improvements that have lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial management across multiple projects

* Cost control, forecasting, and reporting

* Preparing estimates, valuations, and final accounts

* Managing subcontractor accounts and payments

* Pricing and agreeing variations and compensation events

* Identifying and managing commercial risks

* Supporting operational teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You:

* Minimum 4 years’ Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering

* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts

* Experience managing subcontractors and compensation events

* Strong communication and commercial skills

* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regionally
