M365 Technical Lead (SharePoint/Purview)

Hybrid Working: 3 days per week required in the office.

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services firm who are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to join the team in their London office.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team who are responsible for developing, implementing and operating the firms global IT infrastructure environment.

The ideal candidate will possess design and implementation experience within an enterprise, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 products and services, with a prioritization on SharePoint Online, Purview Services, and Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Purview solutions with a focus on information protection, data governance, compliance management, and insider risk management.
- Ensure the security of the M365 and Copilot environments, covering identity and access management, threat protection, information protection, and overall security management.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud computing, Microsoft 365, Purview, and Copilot.

Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years experience of working with the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proven experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services; strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including information protection, data governance, and compliance.
- Strong experience in PowerShell and other enterprise level scalable techniques (eg DSC - Desired State Configuration)
