Our Global Client is looking for a Support Engineer to assist on multiple customer accounts. Candidate will be required to be fully mobile within the Central region.
Start Date: March 2025
Duration: 180 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £112.75/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £126.35 p/d(includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Birmingham
NOTE: Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Windows 10 or 11 experience required.
- Customer facing experience.
- Ability to strip laptops/desktops.
- Own vehicle plus clean driving licence.
Desirable:
- SC clearance.
- HP/Dell/Lenovo accreditations.
- Software experience.
- Knowledge of Tech Bar's.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
- Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
- Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
- Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
- Capability to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
