Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, Customer Care

We are on the lookout for Customer Service Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every conversation.

You will take inbound calls and live chat requests from customers, log incidents and service requests, and provide customers with regular updates. This company is established, has a great reputation and very employee and customer centric. They provide software solutions to their customers and this role will work alongside their technical support team, liaising and handling customer issues. You must have excellent use of english language and grammar.

Requirements:

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask.

*

Strong time management skills.

*

Previously worked in a customer service role.
