Location: London (Kennington) - hybrid model
Salary: up to £60,000 +bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customise, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, with a focus on Sales and Customer Service modules.
Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate to optimise business processes.
Provide hands-on development and configuration expertise within Microsoft D365.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications and third-party services.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality coding standards, security, and performance optimisation in all developments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the D365 environment.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Proven hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong expertise in D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement.
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of customisation, configuration, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
Experience integrating D365 with other systems using APIs and connectors.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
