Leading Pharmaceutical Clients now require an experienced Axial Data Lead - Record-to-Report (R2R) to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering robust data solutions as part of an S/4 HANA implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition, documentation, and implementation of S/4 Enterprise Data Standards for R2R, including master data, reference data, and metadata.
• Provide data leadership and expertise within global process design cycles, aligning with S/4HANA best practices.
• Oversee data readiness for S/4 HANA go-live, including data quality assurance, migration, and governance.
• Partner with global stakeholders, including process owners, finance teams, and data governance forums, to meet business data requirements.
• Develop global data governance procedures to ensure quality and compliance across the R2R domain.
• Manage and support a team of data design experts to deliver targeted outcomes.
• Collaborate with external solution integration partners and outsource providers to drive successful data transformation and localization activities.

The ideal Axial Data Lead will have the following skills/experience:

• Qualified Accountant with significant expertise in R2R processes, including External & Management Reporting, Ledger Accounting, Product Costing, Tax, and Banking.
• Strong understanding of how business data supports process execution and analytics.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing global Data Definitions & Data Standards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA, and its integration with business data architecture.
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills in diverse, global team environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
