Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have experience working with children with challenging behaviour, ASD, SLD, or mental health needs? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our partner school, located in the beautiful town of Luton, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The school caters to both primary and secondary-aged students and is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students with a range of needs, ensuring they receive the individual support they require to succeed academically and socially. Your expertise in managing challenging behaviours and supporting children with ASD, SLD, or mental health needs will be invaluable in promoting positive outcomes for these students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with SEND, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum.
Assist with managing challenging behaviours in a positive, calm, and effective manner.
Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individual learning plans.
Help foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.Requirements:

Experience working with children with challenging behaviour, ASD, SLD, and mental health needs.
DBS checked (or willing to apply for one)
Passion for supporting children with SEND and promoting their well-being.
