Duties

· To work within a Co-Ordination team of sales individuals processing orders.

· Proactively following up customer quotes and orders

· Providing Outstanding Customer Service to increase customer retention.

· Business to Business Calls - To customers who have requested quotes.

· Engaging within the team and working to SMART objectives

· Confident within phone calls and speaking with customers

· Processing orders on the company internal system

Further Job Details

· Working within the office in Tamworth

· Monday to Thursday 8.15 - 5pm and Fridays 8.30 - 3pm

· Holidays- 24 days + Bank Holidays
