Our exclusive client is a supplier of products into the global energy sector. They are a long-established company with many long-term contracts with their international clients.

They now require a Logistics Coordinator to work from their site in the Irvine area. The duties of the role include:

• Importing and Exporting products

• Arrange transportation through company networks

• Raising invoices

• Liaise with sales & purchasing departments

• Update customers on order status

• Work closely with stock control team in regard to incoming parts

• Liaise with packing team to ensure a smooth process of dispatching orders

• Process customs clearance documents

• Process IPR export clearance instructions

• Filing of relevant export and import declaration documents

The successful candidate will have a background in logistics with experience of Import and Export procedures for all methods of shipment as well as excellent administration skills. If this is you please apply.
