Customer Solutions Design Specialist - SC/DV Cleared
Location: Chippenham (flexible) or Bristol - Hybrid (3 days in office)
Rate: £465 - £624 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months with potential extension

Are you a skilled Solution Designer with expertise in Unified Communications and active SC or DV Clearance? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with defence customers and cross-functional business units to design and implement secure, cutting-edge communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement on-premise and cloud-based Unified Communication solutions (PBX, VoIP, video conferencing).
Engage in bid & costing activities to ensure cost-effective solutions (CAPEX/OPEX).
Work collaboratively with Sales, Technology, Security & Operations teams.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust solution designs.
Lead customer engagement, migration planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Essential Skills & Experience:

✔ Active SC or DV Clearance (UKSV)
✔ Proven expertise in PBX, VoIP, SIP, video conferencing, enterprise mobility (4G/5G, EMM, MDM)
✔ Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Nokia, F5, Palo Alto technologies
✔ Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Unified Communication solutions
✔ Commercial awareness of CAPEX/OPEX costings
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
