Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and group support to students with additional learning needs

* Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students are fully engaged

* Support students in their personal development and well-being

* Help with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment

* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure students' educational needs are met

Requirements:

* Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)

* A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude

* Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with the application)

Desirable Skills:

* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

* Training or qualifications in support work, SEN (Special Educational Needs), or child development
