Management Accountant

Role: Management Accountant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until December 2025
Location: Bristol (100% onsite requirement whilst training then 60% onsite as a minimum following this period)
Rate: Highly negotiable depending on experience
Industry: Manufacturing/Commercial
Key Systems: SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning - lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across business units
• Support business improvements - work with operational managers to assess and validate financial projects
• Deliver financial insights - provide robust reporting and early risk warnings to local and central teams
• Challenge & advise - help management achieve targets with data-driven improvement strategies
• Assess investment proposals - ensure sound financial evaluations for operational investments

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with 2+ years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial setting
• Experience with SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
