Job Summary
You will be technical leader who thrives on managing projects as well as providing guidance / mentoring to other developers. You will lead our development teams enhancing our ability to design, build, and implement applications.
Key Accountabilities
* Technical leadership: Provide technical direction, ensure coding standards are met, and lead code reviews
* Project management: Plan, coordinate, and communicate about projects, including timelines, budgets, and goals
* Team management: Supervise and mentor other developers, and help identify and hire new team members
* Business collaboration: Work with internal customers and stakeholders including; sales, marketing, and executives to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
* Best practices: Develop and review best practices, and educate junior developers
* Technical documentation: Plan and document technical specifications for new features and systems
About you:
Essential
* Ability to be dynamic/adaptive due to fast paced business
* Dev Team Management experience
* Have a strong ability to communicate with staff at all levels
* Hardware and software deployment experience
* Good attention to detail
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks
* Ability to demonstrate a practical approach when faced with problems or challenges
* Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, reliable and trustworthy
* Expertise in current computer hardware and software
* Strong ability to use one or more development language (SQL, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, etc.)
* API Integrations
* Ability to lead a team
* Eye for detail and identifying problems
* An understanding of business with both analytical and commercial acumen.
Desirable
* Experience using/developing ServiceNow
* Experience in GCP services
