• Lead and deliver highly ambiguous, business-critical technical projects
• Drive architectural decisions and engineering practice improvements
• Plan and execute safe rollouts of major system changes
• Identify and address potential technical issues before they cause problems
• Contribute strategically to team and business area roadmaps
• Create opportunities for other engineers to grow and develop
• Balance multiple priorities across engineering, operations, and regulation
• Drive system quality improvements while levelling up others
• Ensure technical decisions align with business objectives by collaborating with product representatives
