Salary: £85,000 - £120,000 (DOE) + bonus + strong flexible bens package
Location: London - Hybrid (depends on client)
About the Role / Experience required
Extensive experience working across a range of system architectures, including microservices, modular designs, serverless approaches, and event-driven or data-focused solutions.
Deep understanding of architectural practices such as CQRS, event sourcing, service mesh, and distributed transaction management patterns like Saga, among others.
Adaptable to different types of assignments, whether it's designing innovative, cutting-edge platforms from the ground up or conducting oversight tasks in complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments with exposure to agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
Capable of providing expert guidance on data principles, governance frameworks, patterns, and technologies, ensuring they align with and support architectural objectives.
Practical experience utilising public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Act as a role model by inspiring teams to develop exceptional software solutions while mentoring team members to see the broader context and uphold high-quality standards.
