Our client is famous all over the world for their innovative electric cars. For their HQ in Amsterdam Zuid Oost (near Bijlmer ArenA), they are looking for French speaking sales colleagues.

You will be working in an order entry position (also called Enterprise Operations Specialist) and become part of the Enterprise Operations team. This team is a link between the sales advisors, delivery team, field sales team, fleet management and the production facilities of the company. You ensure that the cars are delivered on time and according to the correct customers specifications.

You are responsible for the correct handling of administrative duties involved in the purchase and delivery of the cars. Next to that, you are working with the internal departments to optimize the support to internal departments and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Offer

You will get a contract from the 28th of October until the end of the year via Randstad and the chance to be part of a well known company. The salary will be around gross per month. The company has their modern offices in Amsterdam Zuid Oost with nice benefits such as electric bike rental.

Tasks
Process all incoming EMEA enterprise order
Respond to enquiries related to orders from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization.
Support management and team when necessary with any ad hoc duties.
Perform revenue recognition checks in line with our existing processes.
Participate in and develops training and documentation for specific job tasks.
Utilize, update and maintain the integrity and adequacy of information in the companies CRM and ERP systems.
Ensure the company meets its obligations and commitments towards customers and offer them the best customer experience possible.

Requirements

You are available to start on the 28th of October

You speak fluent English and your Dutch is a minimum of level B1

You have proven experience in working in an administrative role and you are able to work with a large volume of enterprise orders

You have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
You have experience in working with Excel
Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines
