Marketing Executive

Do you have experience in a B2B technology marketing role want to work for a fast-growing B2B company. You will need to be an excellent communicator, have strong collaboration skills, creative and action orientated.

The Marketing Executive's role is to assist with the development and execution of global marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning of quarterly campaigns and programs of activity targeting the following verticals: retail, office signage and Crafts
  • Campaign management: Development and execute (through marketing automation tools Hubspot, Lead Forensics and agencies) fully integrated end user and channel campaigns. This includes inbound and outbound tactics
  • Social Media: Support in the development of social media campaigns and manage the execution through corporate and key persona accounts
  • Collateral: Develop high value persona driven sales and channel enablement assets for campaign activity and product launches, which are aligned to a persona driven contact strategy and buying cycles
  • Website content management: Manage the continued development of the corporate website, including campaign elements and content updates
  • Event support: Manage and support tradeshows, conferences and workshops. Attendance at key tradeshow in UK, mainly London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow/Edinburgh (Nov-Dec)
  • Sales support: Support the global sales team with account-based marketing and demand generation tactics
  • Budget management: Manage assigned budget, including raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Product management: Support the product management team (collateral, sales tools, events) on marketing activities to launch new products and life cycle management
  • CRM and lead management: Manage the lead capture and reporting process, CRM management and provide support for sales using Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Partner marketing: Support channel partners with co-branded assets, event activity and campaign plans
  • Reporting: Contribute to the reporting of campaigns, lead generation and websitea activity

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a B2B retail marketing role
  • Experience of the retail vertical market preferable, but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be extremely organised and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Ability to work as a strong member in a growing organisation
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and highly driven to exceed set goals
  • Experienced in organising events
  • Experience of working with marketing platforms/marketing automation/and CRM systems
  • Experience supporting direct and channel sales
  • Experience of marketing across multiple geographical regions including Europe and or the US
