We are URGENTLY looking for a Senior IAM and Security Project Manager for 1 year mission in Lausanne (immediate start).

Core Mission

This project includes the following topics:

  • Identity and Access Management strategy definition and implementation
    • Driven by Hire to retire HR processes
    • AD Account life cycle management
    • Self-Password reset capabilities
    • Privileged Account vaulting
    • Centralized IAM support model rollout

Duties and Responsibilities

Analysis:

  • Analyse the security needs/business constraints and define the IAM processes, working closely with technical experts
  • Write Requests for proposal to select IAM solution and external partners who will execute the configuration/migration/deployment
    Note: Customer is currently considering whether or not to continue using One Identity
  • Analyse the different answers to the RFP and provide advice for proposal selection

Management of the external partner deliveries:

  • Follow the external partner schedule and progression
  • Check and review deliverables of the external partner
  • Gather external partner questions to get answers by experts or steering committee

Communication and coordination:

  • Work in close collaboration with Security team, especially on other transition projects
  • Ensure alignment and coordination between the different topics of the project and with other projects of the program
  • Animate the steering committees and project committees
  • Report to program management

Monitoring

  • Monitor schedule, scope changes, budget, risks
  • Monthly reports on the project streams

You must be fluent in English and French.
