Head of Client Engagement, Client Engagement Manager, CRM, 3 days a week in the Reading, Berkshire office. Excellent salary and bonus.

Well respected software product company in the CRM space is looking for a strong client facing engagement manager with excellent knowledge of CRM. In this broad role you will work with potential customers pre-sale and advise them of the benefit of CRM systems and how it will enhance their business. In addition you will be responsible for strategic account reviews for key established customers. To be considered for this role you will have a range of technical skills and are highly likely to have worked through client facing project management roles before moving into a senior engagement or client customer success role (or similar). The role does not involve project delivery.

Candidates without exceptional knowledge of CRM cannot be considered. It does not matter which CRM product you have knowledge of ( eg Salesforce, Dynamics, etc, etc ).

Roles and Responsibilities include -

  • Pre-Sales presentations to C level and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic account reviews of key clients.
  • Use your excellent CRM knowledge to guide and advise clients.
  • Scope opportunities.
  • Educate and advise customers on their commitments and expectations.
  • Help the business secure new and additional work through your CRM consultancy and engagement skills.

To be considered you will have the following experience -

  • Excellent and detailed knowledge of CRM products and systems.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Proven consultancy skills and dealing with external clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Project Management/project delivery skills and experience.
  • Experience in client engagement/customer success, etc, etc.

This role offers a lot of autonomy. You will not be managing a team but will manage processes and will shape the role to suit your skills and experience. It is a senior role and the successful candidate will work closely with potential and established clients ensuring they understand and get the most out of their CRM.

The client is based in Reading and you need to be in the office 3 days a week. You will also travel to site when required. The salary is competitive and there will be a bonus.
