Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Product Owner to lead the charge in enhancing workplace productivity and collaboration through Microsoft 365. If you thrive in a role that bridges business needs and technology, we want to hear from you!

  • Hybrid working - an average of 2 days per week on-site in the office based in Oxfordshire.
  • Salary of up to £67,000 per year and excellent benefits including:

Key responsibilities:

  • Shaping a compelling vision for the M365's growth that aligns with business strategies.
  • Develop a clear and engaging product roadmap that resonates with stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain a prioritised product backlog that reflects business value and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Exchange, and MS Teams, along with proficiency in tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • You have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT trends.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Having the ability to implement a product model for M365 in a business that's new to the concept.
