Our client is looking for an experienced IT Deployment Lead with expertise in Sales and Pricing processes to join an exciting, long-term assignment. This role involves multiple rollouts, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of a cutting-edge Sales Price Advisor solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a structured rollout framework, including standardized materials for affiliate engagement, onboarding, FtT workshops, and change impact assessments.
  • Support the Business Lead in defining and maintaining the deployment roadmap with regional and affiliate stakeholders.
  • Identify and onboard affiliate team members while managing all business deployment activities.
  • Facilitate affiliate FtT and testing workshops to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Support affiliates in managing change to ensure high acceptance and adoption of the solution.
  • Continuously align affiliate feedback and deployment updates with the Product Owner.
  • Lead overall communication to key stakeholders on associated platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience with multiple rollouts in a large, multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, price optimization, and quoting processes, ideally in the MedTech or similar industries.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with familiarity in SAFe frameworks being a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Additional Details:

  • Location: Onsite availability 5-10% in Basel, Mannheim, or Warsaw.
  • Contract: Till the end of the year, with potential for extension.
  • Onsite Commitment: 90 days or less onsite.
  • Rate: Competitive and open to discussion.
