Darice, a leader in the arts and crafts industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to the Company's customers by providing product and service information, resolve product and service problems, assist with orders, errors, account questions and other queries. In addition, they support the customer pickup, returns and provide back-up operator coverage for the receptionist. Some travel to tradeshows is required.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years customer service experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Outbound call center experience and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines. Proficient in data entry and 10-key. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
