Application Support Engineer, Dublin

Your new company
Your new company is an Irish owned law firm with a sublime reputation for their integrity and excellence that can be attested by their 350 highly skilled professionals. Due to the extent of extensive current growth, a competent Application Support Engineer is currently required.

Your new role
A primary part of your role is to manage the roll-out of upgrades to a variety of systems including windows 10 and office 16. You will provide support internally for the various applications which are used within the company. You will be responsible for managing various vendors which provide services within the organisation. You will be working as part of a motivated team committed to delivering upgrades on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You have over two years' experience in the roll-out of software application upgrades. You will have experience of managing vendors and be comfortable dealing with both technical and non- technical stakeholders. Your knowledge on how systems integrate will enable you to carry out your role effectively.
