Qualified job candidates are required to take and pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
Current driver's license and proof of eligibility for insurance

General Responsibilities include:
Upkeep of the grounds; mowing grass, trimming plant material, sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal when applicable
Maintaining lawn equipment, cleaning and inspecting equipment after each use
Performing preventive maintenance on Heinzerling vehicles
Performing minor repairs within facility
