VIP IT Support Analyst

VIP IT Support Analyst is required to provide a "white glove" service as the "go-to" IT person for 1st & 2nd line support for the London office of a boutique/niche global consultancy set for further growth. You will also have the opportunity to be of assistance on projects. You will be a valued colleague known by name, building relationships throughout the business.
Overtime, Benefits, Bonus circa 15-20%
As VIP IT Support Analyst you will be the front face of IT Support to approx. 80 users in London, (both Deskside Support, Remote Support, Meeting Room Support), as well as assisting EMEA offices. You will also have a hands-on involvement with any aspects IT change/projects.You will be supporting a Windows/MS Office environment and learn to support industry specific applications.
3 KEY INGREDIENTS TO SUCCESS:
Excellent Customer Service/Soft skills
Excellent 1st & 2nd Line IT troubleshooting skills
Mindset to resolve/fix issues and problems ASAP
You will IDEALLY have at least 1 year of experience providing IT Support and preferably gained experience within a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENT, (but not essential): ie, Legal/Law firm, Banking or Financial Services, Insurance, Accountancy, Consultancy etc
Please note: This role has an EMEA reach and some travel is a possibility but it would only be very occasional if at all.
